I would like to welcome you to the Carmarthenshire School of Gymnastics and thank you for giving your gymnast the opportunity to be introduced to gymnastics or to further your already developed interest.
We offer a place for children to develop their gymnastic ability in a welcoming and supportive training environment.

Health & Safety - COVID-19
We have a CSOG Operation Guidelines in place.
These guidelines are in accordance
with the advice provided by Public Health Wales, Welsh Government and British/ Welsh
Gymnastics.
Development Program
CSoG now boasts a fully comprehensive Development program throughout Carmarthenshire and with plans to open up new satellite clubs in the local communities.
Which will enable both boys and girls to develop their gymnastic talents within all gymnastic disciplines.
What Type of Gymnastics?
We offer: Pre-School Gymnastics, General Gymnastics, Women's Artistic Gymnastics, and Tumbling.
Where are our Classes?
Our Coaching team currently train gymnasts in Crosshands, Carmarthen, Ammanford, Llandeilo and Gwendraeth Valley throughout the week.
